I have the opportunity in this election to walk my talk – to encourage people to work together using what I call Effective Team Practices where we combine our energies enjoyably and effectively to take care of our communities.
There are tough problems facing the City Council and facing all of us in different ways. There’s so much animosity in the air. My hope is that we can turn our fear and anger into courage and cooperation by working in clearly defined teams to take care of ourselves, our families, our neighbors, and our communities.
